  • Reinforce the company’s leadership position in the marketplace as consultant/partner.
  • Attend and network at appropriate conferences and events.
  • Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitor’s products and pricing.
  • Provide information to management regarding new technological or service-based needs customers or potential customers.
  • Aid in establishing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal resources to solve customer problems, acting as liaison between customer and internal resources.
  • Provide all criteria for successful transition to Operations - communicate all changes, adjustments, and potential scenarios that could or will have an impact on the customer and consumer expectations.
Strategic Partnership:
  • Responsible for setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas in account development and total revenue generated.
  • Establish and report sales metrics; maintain and update CRM tool daily.
  • Forecast sales and assist with business planning.
  • Provide weekly feedback to CEO regarding progress on current business activity and solutions to obstacles preventing progress on goals.

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of data as reported through the accounts receivable and accounts payable process. Information used to ensure the financial stability of Steinhauser.

During this exciting time of Steinhauser, we are looking for a candidate with the motivation to contribute to the efficiency of the accounting department; to work toward changing processes to generate timely and accurate reporting; to be engaged in our culture of mentoring and be a life-learner. Using the skills of critical thinking and attention to detail, the responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable, posting cash receipts, making collection calls to customers. Accounts Receivable Enter all billing information into Label Traxx system and create and post customer invoices; enter required information into applicable customer portals and monitor payment cycle Mail/email invoices to customer; proper filing of invoices Review sales reports weekly, make necessary corrections and report to management Ensure all sales invoices are coded to correct General Ledger account Set up new customers in accounting software, perform necessary credit checks and work with sales to establish and monitor credit limits Account Payable Accumulate all vendor invoices through physical or email means; maintain A/P files Match invoices with both purchase order and receipts; code the invoices with proper General Ledger code Continuously review allocations and coding to ensure correctness Ensure that all purchase orders have accurate GL code; educate employees on GL coding Enter payables into Label Traxx system Prepare AP accrual at end of the month Maintain and manage proper document destruction program Manages company charge card GL coding through download of reports and works with Executive Assistant to assure proper documentation of receipts The responsibilities also include collections, inventory management and other duties as a member of the accounting team.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the CEO to assure efficient workflow in her daily schedule
  • Manage emails, calendar, and daily items of CEO's schedule and communication
  • Assist in preparation of Board of Director's meetings - food, materials, room-setup
  • Research and coordinate travel arrangements; prepare expense report for CEO
  • Complete special projects, as needed
Executive support to the CEO:
  • Prepare conference room and set up technology, as requested for internal and external meetings
  • Manage daily mail (incoming/outgoing); maintain postage materials and daily balance of the postage machine
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies; stock copiers/printers
  • Coordinate maintenance/repairs to office equipment

  • Act as main contact and manage flow of information between customer and Steinhauser production.
  • Develop relationship with customer to better understand their needs and to identify opportunities to enhance quality of current products and services, as well as recognize internal opportunities relating to cost reduction and margin growth.
  • Monitor progress of orders by attending dailyscheduling meeting and discussing schedule changes and/or challenges as they arise.
  • Communicates all changes, adjustments, and potential scenarios that could or will have an impact on the customer and consumer perceptions.

A minimum requirement of a related Associates Degree; a technical or businessrelated Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent experience preferred.Excellent communication skills –both written and verbal, includingactive listening.Service-oriented, with aproven history of successful customer interface required.Aproven track recordof project management and direct customer relationship involvement.Possess a TEAMWORK attitude.Utilizes strong time management, project management, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.Successfully manages priorities, drives decisions,and obtains closure on recommendations and issues.   • Attend production meetings withproduction team, discuss any schedule changes and/or challenges as they arise, andfollow each job through all aspects of production to delivery of product.
  • Notify customer and sales representative of any issues or changes to the production schedule.
  • Collect samples from each job and have delivered to customer, when necessary.
  • Create color standards for every job and maintain records with samples and job information.
  • Participate in Press Approval process to ensure a complete understanding of the customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Participate in customer meetings as well as internal meetings to discuss upcoming projects, quality and/or technical discussions, etc.
  • Recognize and identify potential process improvements to improve company profitability and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Flexographic and Digital workflows and processes to ensure that customer service is maintained at a high level.
  • Update various logs on a daily/weekly basis to be provided to customer as well as company management.
  • Prepare jobs for billing: figure cost, review time sheets and give to salesperson to give final ok before being processed by Accounting.
