Accounts Receivable Enter all billing information into Label Traxx system and create and post customer invoices; enter required information into applicable customer portals and monitor payment cycle Mail/email invoices to customer; proper filing of invoices Review sales reports weekly, make necessary corrections and report to management Ensure all sales invoices are coded to correct General Ledger account Set up new customers in accounting software, perform necessary credit checks and work with sales to establish and monitor credit limits Account Payable Accumulate all vendor invoices through physical or email means; maintain A/P files Match invoices with both purchase order and receipts; code the invoices with proper General Ledger code Continuously review allocations and coding to ensure correctness Ensure that all purchase orders have accurate GL code; educate employees on GL coding Enter payables into Label Traxx system Prepare AP accrual at end of the month Maintain and manage proper document destruction program Manages company charge card GL coding through download of reports and works with Executive Assistant to assure proper documentation of receipts The responsibilities also include collections, inventory management and other duties as a member of the accounting team.

Job Description:
  • Review and process all new digital artwork; manipulate all current / existing artwork to reflect customer changes.
  • Review artwork for digital jobs to ensure all elements of the job are accurate for creating custom label.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Manager when art issue arises.
  • Prepare and send files to the HP Indigo (Rip).
  • Provide direct support to ensure color targets are met.
  • Generates, maintains and updates workflows, color strategies, color profiles, and processes to streamline digital prepress production.
  • Determines colors and color strategies required on a project-by-project basis to meet customer requirements using color management and ICC profiling.
  • Manipulate digital files if changes are necessary to meet target.
  • Maintain organization of archives ripped files from completed jobs. Responsible for maintaining and archiving all digital prepress files.

Job Description:
  • Ensure the seamer area is a safe working environment and all necessary precautions are taken throughout a shift.
  • Responsible for reviewing all information on job ticket and preparing work area, seamer, and materials as necessary. Solely responsible for lay flat, seam location.
  • Double check all pertinent information on job ticket for accuracy including amount of material allocated, lay flat, seam location, print orientation. Immediately notifies supervisor if any discrepancies are found.
  • Install and adjust the seaming table & tools, load printed substrate and unload formed sleeves.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for a run and confirm that product is within tolerance for the establish standard.
  • Strictly adheres to all quality assurance procedures and QC pulls.
  • Inspect and remove all defects, properly slicing the roll.
  • Responsible for insuring only materials specified on Bill of Materials are used in allocated quantities. Should additional material beyond what is specified on the BOM be necessary, operator must secure authorization from supervisor.
  • Performs line clearance per documented procedures at the end of EVERY production run.
  • Ensures all required paperwork is complete and placed in job ticket before moving on to next job.
  • Ensures all rolls that have been run are properly identified by appropriate crew identification.
  • Responsible for all preventative maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning and adjustments to rollers or other small parts. Performs other tasks as necessary.
  • Must request scheduled downtime and parts/materials when applicable.
  • Maintain a clean working environment (wipe seamer of contaminates, keep tables straightened, clean spills as they happen, etc.)

Job Purpose
To perform as an extension of the sales team to execute new and existing business flawlessly and to become a trusted partner to the customer.   • Serve as lead contact within assigned accounts with an understanding of the upstream/downstream implications of the work, always working to improve communication and strengthen customer relationships. 
  • Become an expert of the flexographic/digital workflows and processes, and of the customer’s technical needs to ensure customer service is maintained at a high level, and to offer solutions to leadership. 
  • Responsible for on-boarding new business; conducting new business pre-production meetings to review all information pertaining to new jobs, to ensure flawless production while on-boarding new customers. 
  • Manage and facilitate flow of customer orders from purchase order to shipment to billing. 
  • Receive purchase orders from customer and/or Account Executive; confirm order meets recommended minimum quantities, and current products, part numbers, information, and pricing is accurate. Proactively resolve discrepancies with customer and sales, and seek management approval, prior to processing, when needed. 
  • Review order, compare to estimate, and translate job specifications into clear, concise, and accurate instructions to be entered into production management software to generate production job ticket.  
  • Monitor progress of orders by attending scheduling meetings, adapt and discuss schedule changes and/or challenges as they arise, and follow each job through all aspects of production to delivery of product. 
  • Request and review estimates (as needed) and understand how pricing tiers work. 
  • Communicate with the customer, Account Executive, and other internal team members any quality concerns, production schedule changes, or other potential scenarios that could have an impact on the customer experience.  
  • Conduct and manage difficult conversations with care and professionalism to include the appropriate channel of communication for the customer, generating satisfactory solutions. 
  • Collect samples from each job and have delivered to the customer, when necessary.  
  • Maintain standards for jobs, as determined by the needs of the assigned account.  
  • Coordinate the press check meeting (e.g., send calendar invites to customer/appropriate internal team members, conference room reserved, etc.); proactively participate to ensure customer’s needs and expectations are met; troubleshoot and manage conversation in meeting to ensure suitable outcomes are determined. 
  • Manage and own the documentation process by ensuring all customer and project information in LabelTraxx is up-to-date, accurate, and organized to ensure consistent high customer service. 
  • Prepare jobs for billing; figure cost and give to Account Executive for final approval before processing by accounting. 
  • Proactively recognize, identify, and communicate internally, potential process improvements or sales growth opportunities to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and improve profitability. 
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze data from customers and from internal sources, making recommendations, as appropriate. 
  • Work independently and collaboratively; back-up other Customer Service team members, when needed.

              • Lead and manage the prepress team, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and day-to-day support to ensure jobs move efficiently from file intake to press.
              • Review customer artwork and files for print readiness, ensuring they meet specifications for flexographic printing, color standards, and production requirements.
              • Oversee color management, separations, trapping, and proofing to ensure accuracy and consistency between files and printed output, including press approvals.
              • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and production teams, and engage directly with customers to resolve artwork issues, clarify specifications, and maintain a seamless job flow.
              • Manage plate production workflow and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of accurate printing plates, dies and screens.
              • Implement and maintain prepress standards, processes, and documentation to support efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
              • Troubleshoot technical artwork and file issues, providing guidance to team members and serving as the internal expert on prepress best practices.
              • Evaluate and implement improvements to prepress technology, software, and workflow automation.
              • Train and develop prepress team members, supporting skill growth and maintaining a culture of quality and accountability.
              • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to reduce errors, improve turnaround time, and enhance print quality.

                    • Ensure the production area is a safe working environment and all necessary precautions are taken throughout a shift.

                    Job Preparation and Accuracy
                    • Responsible for reviewing all information on job ticket and preparing work area, slitter or seamer, and materials as necessary. Solely responsible for lay flat, seam location.
                    • Double check all pertinent information on job ticket for accuracy including amount of material allocated, lay flat, seam location, print orientation. Immediately notifies supervisor if any discrepancies are found.
                    • Install and adjust the seaming table & tools, load printed substrate and unload formed sleeves.
                    • Responsible for quality of seamed work. Stay engaged to the process and focus on the task at hand.
                    Quality Assurance and Job Documentation
                    • Complete all necessary paperwork for a run and confirm that product is within tolerance for the establish standard.
                    • Strictly adheres to all quality assurance procedures and QC pulls.
                    • Involves supervisor if there is any question regarding disposition of defects encountered during the run.
                    • Inspect and remove all defects, properly slicing the roll.
                    • Responsible for ensuring only materials specified on Bill of Materials are used in allocated quantities.  Should additional material beyond what is specified on the BOM be necessary, operator must secure authorization from supervisor.
                    • Performs line clearance per documented procedures at the end of EVERY production run.
                    • Ensures all required paperwork is complete and placed in job ticket before moving on to next job.
                    • Ensures all rolls that have been run are properly identified by appropriate crew identification.
                    Preventative Maintenance
                    • Responsible for all preventative maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments to rollers or other small parts. Performs other tasks as necessary.
                    • Must request scheduled downtime and parts/materials when applicable.
                    • Maintain a clean working environment (wipe seamer of contaminants, keep tables straightened, clean spills as they happen, etc.).
